Remote rehab built around your return.

For active people dealing with pain or injury who need a clear plan to rebuild capacity and get back to lifting, running, training, or sport with confidence.

When “just rest” isn't an acceptable plan.

You can train a little, but symptoms return when you try to progress.

You feel better than before, but still don't fully trust your body.

You've been given exercises, but not a clear path back to lifting, running, or sport.

Symptom relief is the beginning. The goal is to rebuild enough capacity that you trust your body again.

You don't need more random exercises. You need the right plan, at the right time.

Your plan is built around your injury, your current capacity, and the demands of the activity you want to return to—not a generic protocol.

How remote rehab works.

Assess

We identify what is limiting you now, how your body is responding to load, and what your return goal actually requires.

Build

You receive an individualized program with a realistic starting point, clear priorities, and measurable progressions.

Progress

We review your response, adjust the plan, and gradually rebuild the physical demands you need for training, running, lifting, or sport.

More than an exercise program.

Individual assessment

Understand where you are now, what is limiting you, and what your goal requires.

Individualized programming

Your rehab is built around your current capacity, schedule, training demands, and return goal.

Ongoing adjustments

Your plan changes according to how you respond—not because a protocol says it is time to move on.

Regular reviews

We track what is improving, where you are getting stuck, and what needs to happen next.

Direct support

Questions and problems do not have to wait until the next appointment.

Built for people who want to get back to doing more.

This may be a good fit if:

Your symptoms return whenever you increase your training.

You've finished the early stages of rehab but don't feel ready for your normal activity.

You want to return to running, lifting, training, or sport—not simply become pain-free.

You want to understand what to push, what to modify, and how to progress.

The goal is to help you become increasingly confident managing your own training and rehabilitation, not dependent on treatment forever.

Choose the level of support you need.

Start with one focused consultation or receive ongoing guidance as your rehab progresses. If you are unsure, apply and I will recommend the most appropriate starting point.

Daniel De Los Santos, physical therapist and sports rehabilitation specialist

Clinical expertise. High-performance experience. Clear coaching.

I'm Daniel De Los Santos, a physical therapist and sports rehabilitation specialist with more than 9 years of experience helping active people and athletes return to training and performance.

At FC Barcelona, I worked directly with players throughout the rehabilitation and return-to-training process—coaching rehabilitation sessions, monitoring their response to loading, and progressively rebuilding the physical demands required to return to team training and performance.

That experience shapes the DLS approach today:

Symptom relief is not the finish line.

My goal is to understand what is limiting you, rebuild the capacity your activity requires, measure what matters, and progressively return you to the things you want your body to do.

Before we begin.

Who is this service for?+

DLS Performance Rehab is designed primarily for active people who want to return to training, lifting, running, or sport after pain or injury.

It can be especially useful when you are no longer in the very early stages of an injury but still feel unsure about how to progress back to full activity.

What happens after I apply?+

The application gives me an initial understanding of your injury, symptoms, training history, current capacity, and what you want to return to.

If the service appears to be a potential fit, we will schedule a discovery call to discuss your situation, clarify expectations, and decide whether working together makes sense.

If your situation requires medical assessment or a different type of care first, I will tell you.

How is Rehab Coaching structured?+

Most coaching processes are structured around approximately 12 weeks, although the exact duration may be adapted depending on your situation and goals.

Review calls take place every two weeks and last up to 30 minutes. Scheduling is agreed individually based on availability and time zone.

Support and program adjustments continue between calls.

How much does Rehab Coaching cost?+

The standard Rehab Coaching program is €995 paid in full.

If you prefer to spread the investment, a payment plan of 3 monthly payments of €375 (€1,125 total) is also available.

Do I need to stop training?+

The short answer is: it depends.

One of the first goals is to understand what you can currently tolerate.

Where appropriate, we modify training rather than automatically removing it, then progressively rebuild the activities and loads your body needs to handle.

Let's build your way back.

Start with a short application. If it looks like a potential fit, we'll schedule a discovery call to discuss what is stopping you and whether the service is right for you.
